Do you have a showroom that I can visit?

We don’t have a showroom as yet! It is very much in the planning but in the meantime if there is an item that you would like a demo of; we would be happy to arrange a zoom call with you.

When is your next sale?

By signing up to our e-newsletter you will receive all information on upcoming sales and product offers.

Can I use your images of products on my blog or website?

Please email hello@thebigfx.co.uk with your request so that we can ensure all images are credited correctly and linked in line with our guidelines.

Do you have a catalogue?

We are still adding to our product line at the moment but hope to release a full catalogue later this year.

How do I subscribe to email newsletters?

You will find the email subscription box on our home page and as an option on check out. Simply fill in the details and you will be added to the e-list.

We want to use a bubble machine outside where we have limited or no power; do you have a battery powered solution?

Yes! We have an amazing product by ADJ ( American DJ) called a BubbleTron XL Bubble Machine its compact and most importantly battery powered, on an average usage the lithium battery will last 6 hours, It has an easy to access fluid tank and comes with a basic power on and off switch on the back. Its not just our recommendation but the ADJ BubbleTron bubble machine is one of our favourite bubble machines on the market!

I’m after a smoke effect which can project smoke into the air or at a 90 degree position – which smoke machine do I choose?

There is only one thing for it and that’s the Chauvet Geyser P7 Vertical smoke fog machine. It can be rigged at various angles including downwards projecting smoke down or on the floor with the smoke firing vertically up. It also comes with an led ring around the base of the smoke nozzle and side to illuminate the smoke with a choice of colours. It also comes with a handy remote control so you can use the Chauvet Geyser P7 on the go without having to go to the machine itself to operate it. It’s an amazing machine and extremely well built.

Is your confetti biodegradable?

We endeavour to stock a large selection of biodegradable confetti but some of our metallic confetti is not biodegradable. When we find a biodegradable version of our metallics we will be sure to stock it!

DELIVERY

How much is delivery?

Free delivery on all items over £35, standard delivery under £35 is £5.99

Who delivers your parcels?

We use DPD and Royal Mail for our parcel services

What can I expect from your packaging?

All items will be securely packaged with recyclable materials where possible

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship in the United Kingdom at the moment

Can I change a delivery address once ordered?

If the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse then please get in contact with us at hello@thebigfx.co.uk or 01325 624303 to arrange a different delivery address. Unfortunately, if the item has been shipped we are unable to amend the order.

Do you set up products on delivery?

No, our products are selected for their ease of use and don’t require a technician to set them up. We have numerous videos and tutorials on our website to support in your Big FX Set up but if you ever get super stuck then please feel free to call us on 01325 624303

Who do I contact if the delivery is later than the estimated date?

Please contact our team on hello@thebigfx.co.uk or 01325 624303 so that we can look into any delivery information on your behalf

ORDER

Can I cancel my order?

This is only possible if you the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse; if the order has been dispatched you will need to refuse the delivery so that it is sent back to us; we can then process a refund.

Can I add or remove products to my order once it is placed?

If the order has not been dispatched then we can look to amend an order; please call us on 01325 624303 or email hello@thebigfx.co.uk for support with your order.

How do I place an order?

All our items are available on our website, simply add to your basket and checkout.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We don’t sell Gift Vouchers at the moment but may rethink this in the future as we grow.

Why are items out of stock?

We stock items that meet our brand aims of being relevant to home, event and party and sometimes sourcing these unique items means we have to order in low quantity. As a result, we may sell out sooner but will always restock.

Do you price match?

No – we do not price match on any service or product.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes – all prices listed on the website include VAT

Can I open a trade account?

We don’t offer trade accounts – our priority is to sell to the consumer directly

REFUND

How do I organise the return of an item?

If you are not happy with your product please let us know within 14 days of receiving the items and return to us within 30 days using the returns form provided in the packaging. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of us receiving the items.

Do I need a returns form?

A returns form will have been enclosed with your goods – please complete this so we can track your refund. If you require another form please email us at hello@thebigfx.co.uk
