DELIVERY

All orders placed using our other delivery courier option are fully insured and tracked for peace of mind. If your items become lost in transit on our delivery service we will file a claim with the courier and ensure your order is fulfilled as soon as possible.

Once your order has been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your order is an offer to us to purchase a product and is accepted upon despatch. 

Delivery usually takes 4 working days from the date you order. Sometimes delivery may take longer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Need to return something? You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s in a resaleable condition.

• Returns are made at your cost.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use a tracked service that offers proof of postage.
• All goods will be inspected on return.
• Refunds will be at our discretion for items returned to us in an unsuitable condition.
• If you’ve ordered the wrong item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
• We’ll refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items or items with multi-buy discounts.
